Smaller bags rebound faster; larger bags offer an easier target. Mount so the belly of the bag sits near eye level.
Care +
Use a compatible swivel, maintain only the recommended bladder pressure, and inspect the top loop and seams before training.
Before training +
Inspect the product and all closures before use. Combat-sports equipment cannot eliminate injury risk; train under qualified supervision and follow your gym or governing-body requirements.
